Carnarvon Limited was established as a Real Estate Investment Company in Ireland 2012. The initial business model was based on the acquisition of well designed & constructed property.
From its base of operations in the Greater Dublin area, it soon became apparent that much of the value in the Real Estate market was in the West of Ireland.
One of its initial acquisitions was a commercial retail park in Bundoran, County Donegal. The company wanted to develop a presence in the property management sector and used the opportunity to create a new base of operations onsite for the West.
The company then made the decision to diversify into niche property development; this was based upon investment in specialty schemes, the business model involved partnering with established local builders & construction companies.
More recently, it added a 200 bed Student Accommodation Complex to its portfolio and is now in the process of collaborating with a well established construction firm in the redevelopment of residential sites in Sligo, creating over 50 new homes near the town centre.
