Carnarvon Limited was established as a Real Estate Investment Company in Ireland 2012. The initial business model was based on the acquisition of well designed & constructed property.<\/p>\n
From its\u00a0base of operations in the Greater Dublin area, it soon became apparent that much of the value in the Real Estate market was in the West of Ireland.<\/p>\n
One of its initial acquisitions was a commercial retail park in Bundoran, County Donegal. The company wanted to develop a presence in the property management sector and used the opportunity to create a new base of operations onsite for the West.<\/p>\n
The company then made the decision to diversify into niche property development; this was based upon investment in\u00a0specialty schemes, the business model involved partnering with established local builders & construction companies.<\/p>\n
More recently, it added a 200 bed\u00a0Student Accommodation Complex to its portfolio and is now in the process of collaborating with a well established construction firm in the redevelopment of residential sites in Sligo, creating over 50 new homes near the town centre.<\/p>\n
